Charlie and I spent 3 days traveling around McCarthy, Alaska. The best weather on our trip. We could see the whole the big picture of this vast Alaskan region, our largest National Park. Camped in McCarthy and just off the road on the near the junction of the Copper River and the Chitina River. Lots of fishermen on the Copper River.
